Whether pre or post natal, you can be assured a safe and effective training session which can be adapted to your specific needs.
These sessions have very limited spaces to ensure the most individualised attention possible. Sessions will run every Wednesday @10am, access to ladies only classes only may be permitted if recommended by your coach.
