2 x week Indivualised Program Design
This is the perfect option if you're a) new to training or b) have a specific skill you'd like to learn or c) looking to supplement cardio sessions with strength training, or visa versa.
You will be assigned a coach who can best help you reach your goals and you will work closely with them.
