Individualised Program Design 4 x week
4 x per week Individualised Program Design.
This plan is for a) someone who is currently training b) has more specific training goals c) can commit to 4 sessions per week.
You will be assigned a coach who can best help you reach you goals.
3m commitment unless otherwise agreed with your coach.
Limit: 4 classes per Week

Individualised Program Design Unlimited
Unlimited Individualised Program Design 5+ sessions per week including double days - AM + PM sessions.
This option is for the competitive athlete with serious training goals. A consultation with a coach is advised prior to starting this plan to ensure sleep and nutrition ect is a priority before starting a program with such volume.

2 x week Indivualised Program Design
This is the perfect option if you're a) new to training or  b) have a specific skill you'd like to learn or c) looking to supplement cardio sessions with strength training, or visa versa.
You will be assigned a coach who can best help you reach your goals and you will work closely with them.
Limit: 2 classes per Week
